Probably nothing. Sadr and the Al-Mahdi army aren't responsible for the sectarian killings.

George Bush supports president Maliki, who has ties to the SCIRI Badr Brigades, a huge islamic militia that outnumbers the Mahdi army 20 to 1.
The SCIRI (Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq) was put into power by the United States despite its strong ties with Iran. The Badr brigades have been killing sunnis by the thousands since the war began, and the United States has been tacitly supporting islamic terrorism in iraq.

The architect of this is Henry Kissinger, who believes that shiites can kill off enough sunnis and stop the anbar province resistance movement, which is responsible for most of the 3000+ deaths and 40,000 wounded soldiers.

You will never hear about SCIRI or the Badr Brigades from either the president or the press. its very likely that the saudis will get involved if the shiites continue the bloodletting. Saudi sunni extremists are just waiting for the go-ahead to arrive in iraq and kill americans and shiites.

I'd hate to think what'll happen when Bush decides he doesn't like Jews.
