I use to be so afaird of the darkness to the point that is was paranoid but I decided I was gonna stand up to my fear and I slept with no light on and I found out there was nothing to be afaird of....

Nope, I am 49 yrs old and although I will sleep in the dark I will not walk around in the dark, not even in my own house. I have tried so congratulations for getting over your fear.

Childbirth.....I was petrified.

It's true once you're pregnant you don't have a whole lot of options......but I talked to myself about how millions of women had gone through this before me and they weren't any stronger than I was.

Not only did I do it....I did it without any pain medication.
