every time i hook it up to my computer and sync the songs on it, i take the plug out then look at it to see if the songs are on and it says " NO SONGS".....but when i plug it back it, i click on siren J, and it has all the songs it in ... how do i get the songs back on the player so i can listen to them?? how do i fix this stupid problem??

Make sure that you are sending the songs to the right place. You may sending them somewhere else on your computer instead of your MP3 player. I'd check that before you panic.

you could try earasing them and then try again but dont unplug until it says 100% sync
then if it continues you might wanna call the company and if they dont help you could always exchange it or somehting
