There is no perfect time to have a baby but when you are married financially & emotionally capable of raising a child is a good place to start.

There are many factors that come into play with this question.
1. Are you financially able to take care of a child?
2. Are you married? or are you with someone that you are going to be with for 18 years? Does the other party know?
3. Do you have a bedroom for the child?
4. Are you mature?? Mature enough to give up things you can have to make another individual happy?

Nobody can tell you.
It's when you are ready.
Some people will say when you are in love and married and all that. But that isn't even true for everyone. I know some people who wanted to be single parents and are GREAT single parents with WONDERFUL happy kids. Some are even adults with their own happy kids now.
It all depends on when you are emotionally and financially ready to be a parent.

If you mean concieve it is when you are ovulating. About 14 days after your period. You can but an ovulation kit at Wal=mart for like 6 bucks and you just pee on it like a preggo test and it will tell you if you are ovulating - if you are - go for it =)

Spring. Then they are little during the summer and by the time it gets cold, they are a little older.
