i shouldnt really type this, i cant answer your question (which is therefore against the policy of yahoo answers) as i dont know what it would feel like to know that robbie williams was a better man than me. i can however speculate so perhaps the moderators will let me off.
not hung over, for surely to be worse than robbie williams you would have to be permanently drunk or high...
despairing would probably be the best feeling, to be unable to believe yourself superior to even a pop singer must be about the lowest anyone can sink to.
