Classifieds are the place in the newspaper where people can pay a fee to list an advertisement, and where people looking for work or to buy something can go to try to find people offering work or a product. Editorials are a place where the editors of the newspaper will write their opinions about current events or controversial issues, and guest columnists or members of the public can also write in and express their views.

classified are like things for sale autos, pets. people meeting people, houses for rent apt for rent jobs,etc editorials are things written by the editor or people from the community
