1984 Chevrolet Caprice We've changed the blower motor, blower relay, and all the fuses. It's still not working.

is the fan just not turning or is it not blowing hot air? No hot air is heater core or heat mixer usually and if its not blowing anything then check the switches on your panel and see if they're connecting where they are supposed to or corroded in anyway

Sounds like the blower fan isn't working. Run a jumper wire to it and get it to blow and if it dosen't replace the blower. If it dose find the wire that you hooked the jump too and trac it back until you find where it has no more power.

you prob have a broken wire somewhere in the system trace all the wires from point a too point b for power and ground just going from what said you should have power at fuse power at the resistor on all butt the black is ground all rest hold current on differt levels then power at the blower motor k
