Never tried that and never will. There are plenty of natural highs, like when you look at the sun coming up in the morning, Going for a walk in the cool crisp morning air and feeling the breeze blowing your hair. Going on a roller coaster ride. You don't need to smoke something to get high. By the way a really good use for Oregano is in Spaghetti, yummy.

No. Despite being an aromatic herb, oregano does not possess the necessary chemicals and toxins which exist in smoked drugs such as marijuana. Smoking oregano would therefore have no real effect whatsoever. It would however cause cancer and other diseases of the lung and throat as inhaling smoke of any sort has this long term effect.

Do you not think that if oregano would get you high more people would be purchasing large amounts of oregano. Maybe you should not be burning up any more brain cell, it does not appear you can spare anymore.

Oregano? Hmmm, let me know. Not a clue on that one, but probably not, or they would be doing that already and Oregano would not be on the shelves so freely.

actually a psychiatrist about 20 years ago wiht some questionable ethics did just this. he then gave the joint to a group of kids and told them it was marijuana. the kids all started acting high even though there was no chemicals in their system to produce this response. being "high" is just as much your imagination as it is drug induced. so yes you can get "high" off of oregano, but i only think it works if you don't really know what it is.
