No.
We're too finite - anything is theory.
And anything can be proven if you try hard enough.

The universe is both finite and limitless being an unbounded increasing sphere. Quantum weirdness also looks to signify that the universe will be limitless waves of spheres with out certain position and momentum that collapses to be finite even as measured, talked about and realised by using us with the guidelines of nature. This paradox is extra testified by using what we are: our possible finite actual structure comes with limitless purposes of concepts which could ask your self a ways previous the reduce of the large-spread universe.

No proof exists but the universe must be finite limiting it"s mass.
We may never be able to determine it"s maximum but when it reaches that point it will probably be in a decline toward the end.

not to the best of my knowledge. I would guess there is finite mass. Because well infinite is like whoa! Thats alot.

It depends on what you mean by universe. If you just mean our observable universe, then the amount of matter and energy "observed" is approximately 30%. The remaining 70% is unknown.
Now if you consider the possibility of other universes, dimensions, etc., then we have no clue whatsoever.

No.
Not hardly.
We do not even know the full extent of the entire universe as yet.
