I guess a sandwich shop/deli with live music....nothing too loud though. They would have a great selection of vegetarian food.

Gelato. really good gelato, with little benches to sit and enjoy it. But not a loud place.

free wi-fi and good coffee. maybe booze too. if you could have good wine and good coffee in a place with wi-fi, I might move in.
