I know how weird that sounds. My boyfriend is separated from his wife, and is seeking a divorce, we are currently expecting a child together etc....she however is hiding, and will not comply with a divorce, being served papers etc.. she moves alot, and uses family addresses but is never found. we want to get married, and he is in the navy, until this is settled, i have no resources navy wise etc.. since he gets deployed, its hard for him to take care of this, so im trying to do it on my own....legally what can i do...any advice, resources etc...?

it depends on the state you live in...I know in LV you can put an ad in the paper for 3 weeks looking for that person...then show that to the court and they will grant a divorce based on not being able to locate the person_

YOU can't do anything as far as his divorce is concerned. HE needs to seek legal counsel. He has plenty of resources in the Navy to get this taken care of. He just needs to get off his butt and get busy. Being deployed, or about to be deployed, is not an excuse. If he isn't taking action, it's because he doesn't want to or is just plain too lazy. I know you are expecting his child, but you need to ask yourself some serious questions.

Good luck!

Her SS number, will tell you where she is working. Hire a Private eye,to fined her.
Get in contact with the legal aid in your area they may help as well. At low cost to you.
He, can divorce her without her even being in the court room. His lawer should tell you that.
If they have a child, and he has custody of that child. He can get her for abandonment of a child. A judge may grant a divorce just on that .

I'm retired Navy, and his has the Navy resources to help him out, If he is on a ship go to the ships legal office. if he is on shore duty base legal, should help. He has to do
this himself. Good luck and god speed.

You can file a certian paper if the other person can not be found, ask a mediator they have special places for thoughs who can not afford an attorney, usually you can just send to last known address or to her parents house and that is enough , show up at court and he has his divorce I would do it that way

Well, you have put yourself in a "pickle." You dated a married man and helped him commit adultry. You got pregnant, but he has a wife. If he cheated on her, he'll cheat on you down the line. For that reason, I don't think you should marry him. File against him for child support, but don't get that legal divorce and legal marriage. He'll just disappoint you. Trust me.

How long has this been going on?? There is a statute of limitatons on this and after a certain amount of time, the divorce is granted regardless. Ask a lawyer, you should get one free question. (lol)
