Because you dont believe you will find it, so you just accept what you find.
Write down what you are searching for, then ask yourself these quesions.
1. Is it possible to find?
2. Is it possible to obtain?
3. When I find it what kind of person will it make me, will it change me into a better or worse person than I am now.
4. How am I blinding myself to not seeing what I am searching for.
5. Will this search be one that I want to pursue with all my heart mind and soul? If it is not then why am I searching for it.
Someone has said, it is not the finding but the journey in which I take to find what I am searching for. The journey is just as and sometimes more important than find what your are searching for.

Cause you are living, what you are finding is the value of your life, but living is just living, you need to create your value instead of finding it.
This is an enlighten after I read the book --- New Thinking For The Millennium (Edward De Bond, 1999).

Do you really know what you want? Are you searching for something like happiness? Only you can make yourself happy. Maybe you need to assess what it is you are seeking and learn to be content with what you have. OR, maybe you need to know yourself well enough to set proper goals. Life is what YOU make it!

What are you searching for? If you want something so badly then i suggest you just create it.
To create something you start by thinking it, then talking about it (or as if its really the way your life is), and then act like it.
Also if you want to attract something to your life you need to BE IT. So if you want friends, be friendly. If you want love, be loving etc.
Sounds a bit weird but its true.
Hope this helps.

When you ask the question, "What is the meaning of my life?" try approaching the question differently.
Answer it with another question. We discover more about ourselves by asking questions rather than trying to answer just one.

Maybe all you need to be looking for is what is there. That is called reality.
