I am familiar what you are asking, and learned of it myself in University. Several text books I read have made reference to Queen Elizabeth I having suffered from a condition in which they are born without a vaginal opening. Regretfully I cant think what the medical term for it is and I only studied it in Biological Psychology so I don't know a whole lot about it. But strangely, the reason I remember such a detail is because a female school friend suffered the same condition. As a teen I couldn't quite comprehend the functioning aspect, so when I read QE I had the same defect, I researched it as much as possible to develop a better understanding about my friend.
I'm not sure what or even if any corrective procedure was carried out on the Queen, but in my mind it would explain why she never had relationships with men or have children.
I'm curious to see who knows of this in great detail, Id be interested in hearing it myself. Especially since all your previous feedback received knew nothing of the sort.
Good Luck

Her mother Anne Boleyn, was accused of being deformed: too tall, having a sixth finger (probably just an extra fingernail), strange warts and growths on her body which, it was claimed, were "witch's teats". Retha Warnicke, David Loades and John Guy have suggested that Anne gave birth to a deformed foetus and this made people think that she was involved in sexual deviance and the occult. They also supposed her to have homosexual lovers.
It was rumoured that Queen Elizabeth I was infertile or had a sexual deformity, but these were probably just rumours.

Probably not -Although there is no evidence to this effect, England whispered about the possibility of Elizabeth having had bastard children. Yet her supposed celibacy, too, was equally gossiped about; rumors abounded that no one would marry her because she was infertile or had some sort of sexual deformity. However, the actual reasons for Elizabeth's continued single status were probably much more prosaic: it is hardly surprising that Elizabeth would have been afraid of marriage from a young age, since her father had killed many of his wives, including Elizabeth's mother.

I don't think she was deformed. She didn't marry because she didn't want to share her throne with any man. If she had married the grooms family/country would have plotted to take her throne away from her. Also if there had been any children, they would have used the child to get it. And of course her father's many wives didn't help either.

I have read a dozen books on Eliz I and I have never heard of a sexual deformity, although they said she was the "virgin queen" yeah right. She did however, have a great sweet tooth and was reported to have decaying teeth and breath of shitte.

She wasn't deformed that we know of, but she did have "female complaints" all her life-probably dysfunctional cycles.
