From what I have heard the president does a lot of reading. Therefore he would know where his library is located. However the library was a very physiological ploy. It was meant to give the subliminal message, much thought and study has gone into the decision he has come too. Physiological ploys are nothing new in politics. They are used in both sides of the political arena.

You're even criticizing his speech being from his
library.......in case you don't know, it's also a part
