Can you create a form without PHP...?

I dont think my web host supports PHP and need an alternative method of creating a form, are there any other ways to make a form other then PHP? If so, then in what? and do you know any tutorials for making it?

Try using CGI, which all web hosts use.

You can make forms in HTML, ASP, JAVA, and others.

Use PERL instead.
