Look at the directions on the bottle. It will say if you shouldn't use it while wearing contacts. There are also eye drops for people who wear contacts.

And if it says not to use if you wear contacts, make sure to listen. Coming from experience, your eyes will sting like crazy if you do and you'll probably have to go the whole day without wearing your contacts at all.

actually if your eye is red then i would take the contact out put in the drops and put another contact in when the redness is gone away because you could have an infection and it is gonna be on your contact...even cleaning your contact wont help....if you dont want the redness to come back then replace the contact when the redness is gone away!!!

Yes, I have not had anything problem using it while wearing contact lens. Sometimes, my eyes get really dry and need eye drops.

No, don't do it, it burns like a b*$!*%!!! I have tried, when my contacts were dry. Instead, get some of that visine for contacts, it works really really well. And it tingles a little so it gets the itchiness out and you know its working. One little bottle will last you forever.

You can, but you shouldn't ...there are drops for contact lense wearers that will not dry out the eyes. Redness reducers are astringents and should not be used w/ contact lenses..

It depends on which ones you use - read the label/information sheet included with the drops to make sure their safe to use with your contacts and if in doubt check with the pharmacist where you buy them - they'll be able to tell you. Better to be on the safe side if unsure though and not use them along side the contacts if in doubt since there is no telling how the ingredients in the drops might react with the contacts.
