sleep in the spare room or on the couch. wash my hands a lot and use disinfectant around the house. still take care of him.

when my husband is sick I make him stay in one room and use disinfectant all over the house. I also make him gargle alot with listerine to kill germs.

drink lots of OJ and double up on the multivitamin
help him get better faster with a good old fashioned workout - wink (make him promise not to sweat on you)

Make him sleep in the other room...... and remmember...men are typically whiners when they get sick, always sounding worse than it really is...lol. So don't wear yourself out doing for him.

see can u find some type of medicine which i can't think of right now and take it , i know it is something you can take to stop flu symptons and always use lysol around the house that would help also

I take care of him....but when he's sleeping, I disinfect the whole house!
