From memory its a 18mm spanner or socket and its 100%left hand thread meaning undo it the way u usually tighten a normal bolt

see which direction the pulley turns or is supposed to turn when running. If the pulley spins clock wise then the bolt will come out counterclockwise. If it turns counter clock wise when running then the nut will come off clockwise. It maybe left handed threads. Check what I said. Which ever direction the pulley turns when running the nut will come off in the opposite direction

use a socket on it. probably a six point, depending on the type car, probably metric. but first loosen the belt, be careful!
