I do tax preparation as an extra job during tax season. We have an option for our clients to get their refund back in 1-3 days. We transmit the return via the Internet, and then in 1-3 days we get notification that the return has been accepted by the IRS and we can print out their refund check right here in my office.
I tell people when I do their taxes that I will call them THE MINUTE I GET NOTIFIED and tell them when they can pick up their check.
But yet, there are still those clients who call me like, 50 times a day saying, "Have you heard anything yet? Have ya, huh, huh, have ya, have ya?"
I KNOW you need your money, and I'm doing EVERYTHING I can to get it to you as fast as I can.

I was at a Friendlys restaurant the other day ,and I heard a girl behind the counter complaining "why do I have to make all the ice cream orders?" Ya know what,if you don't like the job QUIT, it comes with the territory. CHILLLLLLL!
NTY, the one time I trusted someone else to do my taxes I found an additional 400 dollars in returns that inept didn't. So I do my own now, I'm sure with your attitude you spend plenty of time looking for all the deductions you can.: NOT!

It's not that you look like a liar. It's that no one cares nowadays. People promise you something then never do it and they say they'll call you back and forget. You may be very efficient but most businesses are run by people that make 7.00 an hour and could give a c r a p about the customer.
