If you are located in the central US...Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinios....it could be the weather. Bad ice storms right now. There's been alot of damage due to ice & high winds. May have damaged some towers.

Maybe something happened to the towers in your area.

there can b a few reasons why.. it could b due to weather.. it could b due to like one of the cell sites in the area has malfunctioned.. or.. it could b that you arent in a area covered(unless its worked there before) those are the main reasons. call customer service.. and let them know.. and they can take a look into it and let you know...
