The Goodyear Wrangler comes in a 285/70r17. That would be around 3/4 of an inch wider, but the higher aspect ratio (70 instead of 65) would add about an inch in height.

They would look pretty beefy compared to the tire on it now.

Should be a negligible effect on the speedometer.

Two results might be a slightly smoother ride (higher sidewall) and a slight increase in road noise (wider tread). It may be enough change to affect gas mileage, but that also should be very slight.

275/60R17. Other than that, unless you change to larger diameter rims, you are out of luck.
