OK, my site http://flashgamesnow.net is rating of about 61,921 today in Alexa rating is this good? But the montly rating is like 4,000,000+ how long would it take to update?

Alexa ratings seem to go all over the place. I've had sites that have ranked well and even though site traffic increases the Alexa rating has fallen dramatically.
I've got sites that rank first in every major search engine but Alexa rates mine as below similar sites yet I know from speaking to the other site owners that I have many times more site traffic.
Treat Alexa as a very rough guideline. After all, it's based on the results of people who use the Alexa toolbar which is a tiny minority of internet users.

To get any rating on Alexa is good.

You are doing a nice job, i recommend SEO and Social Bookmarking and plus own link building, not for back link building, bc Google not preference back link. Every thing Quality worth content, keyword no copy paste. Hope this help Best of Luck!
