So I am doing a 5-7 minute speech for English, on the book Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, and I need a visual aid for it. But, I need ideas... I can't think of anything. She's giving 2 days to do it, sunday and monday (and today but I got a 24 hour virus). help, please?

Power points are pretty simple visual aids- the trick to them is keep them simple or they distract the audience.

Or you could do a poster- maybe contain a mind map or something, and then explain the links using that mind map.

how about a large picture of an imposing thornfield hall and put the book in front of/near it. that would set the era and give insight to what jane went to and lived in yet found love. maybe pictures from the internet of the faces/profiles of the actors from the 1996 jane eyre, charlotte gainsbourg and william hurt in character. i think they look beautifully like they might have looked.

both are tremendous, yet WH is with information from a concepts my prominent. Jane Eyre is somewhat romantic, yet I type of felt like that changed into it. Wuthering Heights has much better pastime and drama. It has love in it yet isn't almost love. I type of beloved the actual incontrovertible fact that not one of the characters are likeable, it made the e book better exciting. did not charlotte bronte publically say that she did not like wuthering heights because it changed into so darkish? i imagine she suggested that she did not imagine that characters as evil as Heathcliff must be written. The credit for the e book must be attributed to the author, Emily, who's maximum gifted for my section. edit: I consider you about charlotte promoting the e book, I basically discover her perspectives on it exciting. i guess I felt that in JE each and each and every of the characters were almost too "solid" and moral to the point the position it changed into almost dull. someone pronounced once that they beloved JE because they were an optimist, and solid might want to be considered in each and each and every of the characters. i will admit that im a pessimist, and perchance i love WH because it demonstrates shows a international the position each and each and every of the characters are "undesirable". Its also exciting to imagine that perchance charlotte and emily had distinct perspectives on existence, effectual or damaging, and it truly is the reason that they had such distinct works. only a idea...

do a powerpoint or posters of her different stages: the red room, the school, Thornfield, etc. that will help people follow through the book.
