Stress can mess with our entire being (body, soul, head). It can give you ulcers, high blood pressure, heart problems, anxiety/panic, depression, weight-gain, weight-loss, and all other types of goodies.

We need to make a point of getting enough exercise or walking, fresh air, eating healthily, learning to meditate, etc, down time, etc. See your doctor--or at least give him/her a call!

Yes. Stress that interferes with the way we care for ourselvesand that is the kind that is very harmful. It is usually caused by something traumatic such as a death or a divorce or any number of situations that are out of our control and over time cause our bodies to respond in a negative way to our emotions. We may not sleep well therefore we aren't eating well and we may be so focused on the problem that we just neglect our health and our own needs. So, it is very possible and weight loss or gain can happen, depending on how we personally react to situations. It is a personal reaction and people are just different and react different. I eat to a certain point and then if it gets really bad, I stop eating. That's when I tell everyone they know I'm in trouble. When I stop wanting food, I'm a mess and it may take a while to get back to healthy for me.

Yes it can. Mainly because some people, when they get stressed, they dont feel like eating, and if they do, its usually just small amounts. A person can also gain a lot of weight due to stress though, simply from the opposite of what I just said. They'll turn to food for comfort, and then just sit around and feel like doing nothing at all.

Yes, it can, if it causes you to lose your appetite.
Weight loss isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as it's not taken to the extreme.
Stress can also lead to weight gain, if you look to food for comfort.
In either case, it's best to deal with the cause of your stress & rule out any possible physical causes.
