don't want to use itunes

well i will use itunes but how do i do it

I hate to tell you this but you don't have a choice. ipods are only compatible with itunes. itunes doesn't support wma music files only mp3/mp4 files. You are going to have to let itunes convert your music files and put them in itunes to work on your ipod. Don't worry, itunes won't delete your wma files if that is the format your have currently.

You can use WinAmp or RealPlayer (but not Windows Media Player) if you don't want to use iTunes.

Afraid you have to use iTunes. Don't worry, iTUnes will automatically copy your files over.
