How much would you expect to pay for a full bed w/out a head board, just the mattress and frame?
Also, what are the measurements for a full bed?

You'll need a box springs, too, won't you? For the set, costs could range from a few hundred dollars to thousands. If you are on a tight budget, check discount mattress stores for bargains. Look into "outlets" and overstocks, etc. You might even be able to buy a "mis-matched" set - that is, the fabric coverings don't match. But who cares? And who's going to know? Your mattress may be hidden by a mattress cover; your box springs with a bed skirt or dust ruffle.
Do some shopping around, but be sure the mattress is comfortable. Don't buy one that is going to prevent you from getting a good night's rest - that's no bargain.

Mattress can run around 2,000.00 and a frame will cost another 50.00-100.00.
