I can't figure out which one I like better. But both have sexy Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp.

As much as I love Pirates 2, I still think 1 is the best.

2 definitely.
I liked how it was able to bring back a couple of jokes from the 1st one.
Like when Elizabeth came along and Jack said hide the rum. lol.
& when they're on that island and Will shows up and Jack asks him how he got there and he says he roped him a couple of sea turtles.
heehee.
and the love story was more interesting, I'm not gonna say better, but interesting. I don't want Jack and Elizabeth to be together. Captain Jack is all mine.

When they wrote 1, they weren't planning on a trilogy so it stands as a better movie by itself. I thought they did a good job of expanding the story and think that 3 will be the one that decides how good the whole trilogy is.
To the person who didn't like 2s ending -- it's kind of like when Han Solo was frozen in the Carbonite. You have to have a reason to come back and see part 3.

2 neglected the mark, it did not catch the skill of one million i discussed the action image starting up evening , it grew to develop into into humorous seeing human beings coming in dressed up like pirates, i desire huge kind 3 is larger effective

I really like pirates of the carribbean 1, because the character's were new. #2 is very funny, I have never laughed so hard in my life.

i loved the first one and watched it like 10 times
and i just got the second on for christmas and only seen it 2 times
and not sure if i like the second because Johnny Depp disappears at the end and that sucks

i like the second one better cuz it's got a lot cooler stuff in it and you already know about the characters so it has more time to have more action. besides davy jones looks soooo cool in the movie.

i probably like pirates of the carribean 1 better. It doesn't end in a bad part. In pirates of the carribean 2 i didn't like where it ended.
