Yes, when you see like 8 different people asking exactly the same question on the same day within a few minutes of each other .... I think it's safe to assume it's the same person with multiple accounts.

Yes, and really I think it is stupid. Some of them get mutiple accounts and then vote for their other accounts best answer, etc.
I have one account, only, and I had someone on level 1 accuse me of multiple accounts, until several wonderful people set her straight, and told her that I was disabled and what else did I have to do with my time. §
