The bios (basic input output system) Accessing the bios of a computer is different from computer to computer. Accessing the bios is done when you first power on you computer. When you power you computer on sometimes you may see a logo of the type of computer you have. For instance DELL, HP, or COMPAQ. What you can do is when you first see this logo press the ESC or Tap Key. Doing so will cause the sceen to disappear and you should see info on how to access your bios. You must look fast because the screen will move on really fast. If that doesn't work Start up you computer and when you first start it press Delete, Esc, Tab, F1 or F2 F3 or F5. These buttons are more of the common ways of accessing the BIOS. If this doesn't work try the rest of the F buttons. But remember you must do this as soon as you start your system.

Good answers all. Do you want to see what BIOS, stands for Basic Input Output System, your MB has or do you want to get into it?

The del, esc or F2 key as your PC is going through the black screen/white text boot as soon as your keyboard flashes will get you into it. This is all I've ever used.

Once you find out what brand and version of BIOS your MB has you can go to the appropriate web site for that MB and download the BIOS (if it is within about 3 or 4 years old). This will give you a copy of the program.

Good Luck

Most BIOS setup programs are normally accessed when you first turn the computer on by pressing a key. It's different across systems. IBM/Lenovo is F1. Some computers use F8, Del, or CTRL+ESC+F1

Press F1 or F8 or something before Windows starts loading, and you'll go into the PC Setup. It may need a password though, which the manufacturer probably set and you won't know the password.
