Lone Tree
Centennial
Parts of Aurora
Highlands Ranch
Pretty much anything south. The further south you go, the more expensive it is.

Westminster is large and spread out over about ten miles. It's _very_ diverse. Everything from cheap apartments to million dollar homes. Good city services, lots of open space. Easy access to the mountains and the city.

By Jeffco it's mostly upper middle class. Some airport noise, of course. Keeps the real expensive stuff out.

Some of the higher end stuff is near me (I'm in a solid middle class development), north of 104th Ave., in between Lowell and Sheridan.

Lots of info at:

What's your price range?

The most afflulent parts of Denver are the southwestern, southern, and southeastern suburbs. Specifically, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Littleton, Centennial, and Greenwood Village. I live in Lakewood and you can find very nice neighborhoods here but it's older so it's not as fancy-pants as the others. Westminster is part of Denver's northern suburban corridor which is more like the city of Denver itself. It's a little more ethnic, liberal, poorer, and older. There are a lot of duplexes and older 1950s single-story homes unlike Highlands Ranch's newer subdivisions.

The more south area are nicer unless you start getting too far west, mainly Lakewood isn't one of the more "affluent" ones. I guess some parts of south Aurora are nicer but I would not call Aurora as a whole very affluent. A bit more to the northwest Superior (mainly Rock Creek) is nice. And despite what anyone who doesn't understand Boulder says Boulder is a very very nice neighborhood with very well to do houses.

Evergreen, aurora, Highlands ranch, Englewood, broomfield. I like Cherry Creek too..but is very close to downtown. The mall there is pretty good.
