My friend like me that what other people say. I think he do to cuz he is shownin sum sign. But i don't have feelin 4 him. Cuz he is like a brother 2 me. I don't want 2 hurt is feelin by sayin no. Wat should i do?

the right time will come when he will have to ask you and thats like a a really important thing
thats when and if he does tell him the truth but let him down gentle enough that you wont get jealous if he likes another girl and goes out with her

The truth is always the best answer. Dont lead him on because in the end he will be very angry and hurt so just come out with it and tell him the truth
