Need help on suit size?

I am wanting to buy a suit, however I don't have time to go shopping in store. Several websites have good enough viewable suits, but I need to know what size I am. How do the measurements translate to the suit size?

Chest, inside leg and waist should be all the measurements you need.
Also the web site you are buing off may have a phone number if you want to make sure.
Are you of medium height, if so most suits are based on medium builds.
