A thirty days notice is a thirty days notice. You do not have to give the notice on the first of the month. If today you decided that you were going to move, all you have do is give the notice thirty days forward. Example

Eastvale, Texas 03930

Townsend Management Company(whoever you make your checks payable to each month)
We are hereby giving our thirty day notice as of the above date. On February 1st we will pay for the additional twelve days in February, and the unit will be clean when we move out. The moving van is schedule for the 11th, so the unit will be available for the walk through after that date.

Please mail our security deposit to the below address:

You knew you're not any further allowed to have dogs.. so why didnt you wait till after the flow? fairly, its going to be more suitable sturdy for the unfavorable dogs to evolve to transferring back. your in trouble-free words decision is to pay for boarding. Your landlord can allow you to recognize to eliminate the dogs, or be served an eviction observe.. in maximum states, the eviction is 30 days, notwithstanding it may well be shorter in different states. You cant keep a dogs in a cage 24/7 both. dogs favor exercize, coaching, grooming and interest. A caged dogs would hotel to obnoxious behavoirs like barking and howling. I dont imagine the owner will enable a dogs for some months. He has a reason behind no longer permitting pets. dogs may reason a variety of of damage.. a renter who's leaving in any case is a lot less in all probability to care if the animal causes damage.

all of the answers provided are good, but what does you're lease
state when you want to terminate you're occupancy? some have 30-90 days of notice of vacating, are you leaving with time left on the lease, you will be responsible for the remainder of the lease.
most companies will provide you with a form to fill out to declare that you will be leaving, go to the leasing office to find out what you're options are.

Check your lease. See if there are any requirements for your notice. If there is not any special requirements and your lease is up just make sure it is short sweet and to the point. It should be dated and signed. Here is a link to Tenant/Landlord law.
