A person who either physically, mentally or sexually abuses someone else. Abusers are usually family members or close family friends who are close enough to you to feel like they can get away with it.
physical abuse is hitting, slapping, burning, hurting
mental abuse is constant intimidation, threatening, cursing, and belittling.
Sexual abuse is inappropriate touching, fondling, or forced sexual contact

its some one who is verbally, mentally, or physically abused. like once, my dad hit my mom with a toilet pipe and fractured her skull. but when you put some one down, like sayin "your ugly, your stupid" thats being an abuser too. or do u mean "alcohol abuser" or something?
