I am in eight grade and I really don't know what song to sing. I sort of wanted to do an older song because then the judges can sort of relate,but i can't think of an older song. Please help!!

fame-irene cara
total eclipse of the heart- bonnie tyler
the way it is- celine dion

not really old songs, but these songs i know are good for talent shows.

"Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac was also redone by the Dixie Chicks and is fairly easy to cover.

"Big Yello Taxi" by Joni Mitchell is also a good song and sometimes appeals to everybody. It a sort-of "Earth-Day" kind of song. It works with just about any voice.

"Lean On Me" is a clasic. Do a little dance with and and you're a shoe in to win!
