The largest penis ever certified measured in at 13 inches. When Kinsey did his famous penis size survey, the largest penis he measured was 9 1/2 inches. Claims of more than 13 inches have been made but NONE HAVE EVER BEEN DOCUMENTED. Most of the answers I see posted here today are mere fabrications--what is their motivation, I have no idea.

i saw a porn video with a guy that had an 18 inch penis. it was gross. it couldn't really get hard, it just flopped around b/c it was so big. i believe the record is 19 inches b/c my friend mentioned it to me once, but that was several years ago. who knows what the record is now considering penile implants are all the rage.
