Use your phone to invite the headmaster over. Make sure all of your rooms have art work, plants, etc. (things that make your environment level go up) Also make sure that you can cook well too, if your skills aren't up, buy a buffet table. You also have to have enough money (somewhere around $50,000)
If you don't have the skills or the money... here are some cheats.
Ctrl Shift C, to bring up the cheat menu... so you can type your cheats. (it will be at the top of your screen)
"motherlode" gives you $50,000 every time you use this cheat
"boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" this is the ubber cheat, hit shift and click on an object or sim, and you will get all kinds of hidden options! If you get an error, click the reset option. DO NOT CLICK ANY THING ELSE!! IT COULD TOTALLY SCREW UP THE GAME!!

Click the phone and say "invite headmaster".
You'll want to make a good impression; make sure the house is clean, use a lot of fancy decorations and things (they like paintings and statues I think), perhaps study up on cooking and make something yummy to eat.

it helps if you have high cooking and charisma points. make sure the house is well furnished and clean. when the headmaster comes around talk to him so you can get schmooze points, then give him a tour and then cook the best meal-usually like lobster. oh and if there's an espresso machine make coffee and the headmaster will take a cup-that's a cheat to get like 5 extra points lol....works for me anyway :D

You have to go on the phone,invite the headmaster over,and you have to give him dinner,a tour of you house,and you only get your sim into private school,if the headmaster thinks your house is kid-friendly(you have to have dollhouses and stuff for the kids).You also have to talk to him al lot,so he becomes one of your friends..i never knew how to,but i figured it out.Hope I helped!♥
