Yes, I am from the USA, Yes I guess I want 10 points, and I would give a 13 year old girl a gift card or CD. They can be so picky at that age. It's better to give them something they would love!

maybe they were deleted cos the question was vague - what would you give a thirteen year old girl? for what? her bday? vals day? xmas? new yr?

depends on what she's into,if you give a little more info it would help! a cell phone if she doesnt already have one,or maybe new make-up,or cash to go buy some new cool clothes.really depends what she likes!
