Anybody remembers Nazia Hassan (now departed) and her Disco Deewane craze? I could not find a CD while I was in India a few months back .. I liked the music arrangement -
SOme of A R Rehman arrangements are good - not all though - and he still gets my vote.
Lata is in deep decline, Asha can still do a wonderful job and Jagjit Singh's soulful music is always a treat.

'kyo aajkal nindi kam khab jyada hai' don't know who sang it but i just love it. 'aaj ki raat' from DON. 'yeh kya hua' title song kabul express? is it rt .to just name a few.

well evn though i dun live in India i luv Indian hindi / punjabi muzik . i rele like one luv - rakht , ishq ka izhar kar fida , tera mera pyar ..i guess bi kumar sanu , humko deewanna kar gaye ..himesh rehamiya i guess .....ummm ..ahista ahista - sillsillay ummmm EK main aur ek tu hai BluffMasta ,naam tera himesh ,,,,, tu hee meree shab hai , adat , ,halka halka choclat ,agar tum mil jayo ,woh lamhe ....... tere bin ...atif azlam ,,, KANK the title song das all i like
