Truthfully I have never heard of anyone getting diharea. only kidding I know its a wierd word to spell.
Yes she is lieing; anything that poops can get diarrhea girls , boys, men , women, bird, dogs , cats, monkeys , elephants , rabbits etc. At some point in every ones life they will or have had diarrhea

Nope. She's not. No girl has ever had diharea. Its a spelling thing though. Ask you girlfriend if girls poop either. If they do, ask if it smells like roses.

Everyone gets diarrhea. It doesn't come from one sex or the other. Its a virus or bacteria or ever bad food that causes it. Maybe your girlfriend is very clean and washes her hands and luckily hasn't gotten it. But I'm sure she has had it in her life.
