Well, I'm kind of like you. What I do every morning that you might want to do is:
1. Wash your face with some really nice pore-cleansing liquid facial soap.
2. Then, wash again with a squirt of St. Ivar's Apricot Scrub.
3. Pat your face dry.
4. Mix foundation and moisturizer together in your hand and put it on with one of those spongy things that blend it into your skin
5. Get sable colored eyeliner and start from halfway into the tip of your eyelids to the end of the outside of your eyelids and just a little bit on the edge of underneath your eyes
6. Get light-brown eyeshadow and go from the bottom to the crease of your eyelids and put some on the tip underneath your eyes.
7. Get some very light, almost white eyeshadow and put it from the crease to the bottom of your eyebrows
8. Then, get some darker brown eyeshadow and use it kind of like an eyeliner but don't go all the way around, just do the top part of your eyelids
9. Use an eyelash curler and curl your eyelashes (of course! lol)
10. Get some black or black-brown Revlon mascara and put it on the top eyelashes only (unless you have really light eyelashes)
11. Get some tan cheekhue and use just a little bit starting from your ear going inward all the way to the nose (but don't make it noticable) and slightly dab the end of your nose.
12. Put on your favorite lip balm or chapstick, and you're done!!

Well you didn't give me information on your face shape, weight (it matters if your face is thin or plump), or eye shape, and you didn't tell me if you want to go all-out or just use a bit of mascara and stuff, but I'll try. If you want you can send me a picture or more info and then I can do much better.
If you don't want the freckles to show a lot, use a foundation first. To get the right shade, buy one that seems to match and one that's one shade off. Draw a stripe of each on your face, and rub them in, and whichever dissappears completely is the right color for you. People at the store where you buy it can also help you get the exact right color.
Use a brown, not black, mascara to make your lashes look better without being too dark. Apply it mostly at the top, and jiggle the brush as you move it along the lashes to avoid clumps. Wetting the brush a bit first also helps avoid clumps and give a smoother application. Use a little less on your bottom lashes.
Eyeliner really depends on your eye shape. You could try a coffee color and see how it comes out. Medium blues and greens could work too. Eyeliner always looks best if it's very close to the eye. Stretch your eye by pulling with one finger from the outer corner while you apply the liner with the other hand, and use a sharp tip to get it right in place. If you want it a bit smoky looking, rub with a q-tip. Again, if I had more information about your eyes I could tell you more colors or where to put it on. Some people should start from the inner corner, some from the outer corner. Some should do bottom only, others top only, others both. Really depends.
Lips, use something semitransparent, and a pinkish shade, maybe with a gold sparkle or shimmer to it. It shouldn't be a very saturated [intense/bright] pink, just something mild. You can line your lips too in a non-intense color, and use a plumper before the gloss if you want something extra. Brushing your lips with a soft toothbrush beforehand is a trick to make them smoother.
Only use blush if you need it, and apply a light shade along your cheekbones and a SLIGHTLY darker shade SLIGHTLY below. Blend it well, but not so much that it gets out of place. Liquid, powder, or solid blush depends on what you're comfortable with.
For eyeshadow, you could experiment with pastel colors. Try something with a bit of shimmer. You could get two shades of the same color, like one ice-tone [very pale, shimmery color], and one a bit darker but still light. That way you can also work with the shadows and highlights of your eyelids. Generally, whatever color looks good on you for shirts is also good for eye makeup. That's doesn't hold true for neutrals though - for example I look great in black tops, but black eyeliner doesn't work on me. But, my best color, not neutral, for tops is a certain shade of blue, and that color is also great on my eyes.
Good luck.

For eyes you should use a gold or grey eyeshadow. Use the gray on the bottom crease of the lid. Fading up into a gold, apply some gold eyeliner. Then use some black mascara, and black or grey or even RED eye liner. Use it on the top and bottom and apply it evenly. To give you more of a smokey eye look apply alot to the top and bottom, and use ALOT of mascara. Then use a soft blush for your blond hair. Then cover your freckles with a concealer. Then use a bronzer lightly to cool down the eyes. Then apply a lipstick or lipgloss that is a redish or a pink. It is a great look on blonds! GOOD LUCK!

By the sounds of you saying that nothing good looks dark looks good on you, then try using neutral colors. I have the same appearance as you basicly. But I dont know if your talking like the different shades of eye makeup, or facial makeup. But use something kinda light, that looks natural. And when it comes to eyes, dont use too much eyeliner, and if you use any at all, use a light color like a brown. Dont wear too much mascara, and nothing that is heavy and clumps.

i appreciate Shetland style ponies! a million) How a lot would she approx devour an afternoon? A pony this length desires little or no feed. i'd wager 4 or 5 hours of pasture an afternoon/evening, or 2-3 sections of hay in accordance to day. NO GRAIN! 2) Approx how a lot workout would she favor? If she receives turnout, which will be sufficient. see you later as they have the room to flow round and run somewhat, they get sufficient on their own. in case you'll rigidity her, of direction, she'll favor more suitable to get and stay in tremendous condition, yet in case you advise to apply her as a pasture ornament, she'll do it on her own. 3) What do you imagine of her (please dont say dont get her, only your opinion) She sounds wonderful. Conformation smart, I provide her an ok, she's no longer what i'd evaluate teach/breeding high quality. in case you're in the U. S., she's no longer the horseshow driving type of Shetland - more suitable the coolest ol' unique style baby's pony. 4) could i'm getting her with the tack or with out all i'd truly favor is the brushes, mabye fly sheet, halter and lead rope because i won't be able to be driving her yet workout her from a lead rope. because the tack's blanketed, bypass ahead and get it. you are able to nicely be able to promote it, if no longer some thing else. 6) would you get her? Why or why no longer? i does no longer get her, because I already have 2 Shetland crosses and that is two more suitable than i favor anymore... a minimum of till grandchildren come alongside!! :D 7) DO you imagine she will be a good 1st shetland? First horse or only first shetland? puzzling to assert both way, when you consider that i have under no circumstances met her. Sounds good, yet who fairly is customary with? 8) What do you imagine for cost smart ($one thousand cnd) i imagine she's way overpriced. you won't be able to journey her and her driving is rusty... the marketplace's no longer gonna help this cost for a pony that is not any longer horse teach flashy, no longer meticulously educated, no pedigree, no longer registered, and so on. No teach record, no provable accomplishments... they're going to be fortunate to get $2 hundred. 9) What would you utilize her for? Pasture ornament/companion/destiny grandkids mount 10) the different concepts? ask your self why you've an pastime in this actual pony, and make a catalogue of what you're searching for in a pony. Then bypass to different web pages and evaluation save. you are able to locate a more suitable constructive threat elsewhere for a lot, lot a lot less. Princess? i don't believe of i'd keep that call. yet that is totally a remember of human being flavor.

Wow! It sounds like anything would look good on you! I think that it's best not to go with black mascara, but definetly not clear. I suggest using a brown-colored one. For your eyeshadow, all you need is a light sweep of a deep pink (VERY light) or some light pink- don't over do it! Use a glossy pink on your lips and a soft pink blush. You'll look great!

I've been through a lot of different make-up and I've found that bare minerals works the best for me. There are different shades to choose from including eyeshadow and blush. It really makes your skin look better, too! Neutral colors would probably work the best for your skin. Lavender, beige, teal, etc. Nothing too dark or too light.

Try this:
-use foundation and bronzer*
- blackeyeliner on bottom/ mascara on top
- cover your whole eyelid (from lashes to brows) in a light colour like pink or light green or blue, Then put shimmer on the brow bone
-highlight in white or shimmer directly under the brow , and in the corner of your eye. here-> <
Go simple and sweet
