Graddost Cheese
Swedish cow's milk cheese that has a firm texture and mild flavor. It is comparable to Danish Havarti with its distribution of small holes. Graddost is an excellent snack cheese and as an addition to sandwiches.

Soft, complex, delicious Brie?
Sometimes hard as Cheddar though.
I'm a different cheese everyday really.

Monterey Jack, because it is spicy, bold, but at the same time sweet with a nice texture. Goes with anything.
