i liked them all at the beginning then got over them. In Alias, people got killed but funnily enough they never actually died. It was either their clone that was killed or they faked their death for some reason. Almost everyone on that show was killed of at some point and then brought back. Lost was good but there are way too many un-answered questions. Why was Walt special? Where did Jack's dad's body go. What was the black woman doing on the island (the one who dealt with walt when he was captured)? What was that funny sound in the first series? Where do they keep getting new clothes from? Why has Rousseau not been discovered for 16 years? The list goes on. Desperate housewives got boring when it all became about Gabrielle. She's on half the ads by herself.
I'd say 24's the best

"Lost", as it is one of the top 5 shows of all time, but "Alias" is close behind and I love "Desperate Housewives" as well, I'd quite happily take part in a Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria sandwich! Add in Evangeline Lilly and Jennifer Garner and I'd be an even happier man!

I think LOST because it is more exciting. But i really like Desperate Housewives too . But i'll go with LOST

Quite obviously you DO NOT mean "... of all time ..."
guessing your age is well under 19 ... your 'of all time' is extremely limiting. So you are REALLY ASKING us to answer this question based on your years of tv watching - (approx) 1993 - present.
THEREFORE, between the 3 (severely limited) choices - and the remaining years of your tv veiwing existence I would say:
1) CSI (the original)
2) LOST
3) Amazing Race
Now, if we consider favorite tv show -- SINCE the birth of tv my top 10 would be (in NO PARTICULAR ORDER):
** Bonanza
** Alias
** Wonder Woman (with Linda Carter)
** Star Trek: the Next Generation
** Battlestar Gallactica (the original)
** LOST
** Amazing Race
** CSI (the original)
** Dallas
** Love Boat

Sorry don't watch any of them! Think I must be only one in the world who doesn't.
A few years ago it was the same for Friends, Will and Grace. I always seem to miss the first few so don't think it is worth bothering and then they are supposedly the best shows that have series after series made.

I agree with another answerer in saying you can't just give those three shows as options
that being said, Lost is my favourite show ever
