What do you think about a nationwide company with over 9,000 employees still not paying their employees at one location their Christmas bonuses? Granted it is rumored to be about $50.00 yet many depend on every penny of this,it is January....i'm sure the CEO isn't losing any sleep but WTF?

here is no law that state that you have to give your employee a bonus unless it was part of the original contract. Bonuses are also taxable to the employee, and that is why so many companies stop giving bonuss because the employee did not get the full amount.

The link below will show you example of the bonuses that are binding from the employer to the employee.

What makes you think that these people were guaranteed any sort of bonus? there is no legal requirement for businesses to give Christmas bonuses to their employees.
