so I cant get unemployment benefit for 6 weeks, BUT the question is that how can I prove that what did I do wrong which sounds like misconduct, should I hire attorney, should I ask the unemployment office to first tell me what was misconducted and be more specific . because its not fair to blame that I was fired because of misconduct without knowing the reason, I suppose to appeal.
whatever my ex supervisor told the unemployment office they believed him, but I dont know what is the misconduct for.
please help me.
thanks

Go to the unemployment office, fill out your forms for whatever benefit. When they contact you to say blaablaaa not entitled to f*ck all, despite the fact that you paid taxes - go straight into the office and tell them that you dispute their decision. They should then have to prove you wrong - which means your ex-employers have to give a good excuse for your termination.

Whatever you do and whatever happens - go to the benefits office and stake your claim. If you win, you'll be entitled to backpay to the date that you filed your claim. Which you're wholly entitled to as a previous tax payer.

Wow, im so sorry. that must flippin suck!! talk to your attorney and just ask questions. tell them whats going on and maybe they can help. whatever you do. dont lose your temper. that will be horrible and especially when they are already pinning you for misconduct. ask the unemployment office questions too. so that way maybe you can get some answers. if they cant tell you anything, ask your old boss....nicely....dont make a scene. then if he says something that you dont like, just be like ok and walk off....take your anger out on something else...not the boss.....talk about getting sued. haha...anyway,i think that your best bet would be to ask a lawyer. you dont have to hire one, but if your family attorney is willing to give you a chance to talk. i would go to them. wow, i still cant believe that you have no idea what you did. thats really weird.

Not sure how it works in New Jersey but where I live you can appeal and they will hold a hearing. There will be a rep. from your former employer there and the should have documentation of any misconduct and previous disciplinary actions. If you did nothing wrong then they won't have anything to bring.

You could request a hearing. Where I live you can't collect unemployment at all if it was for misconduct. No matter what, they should be able to tell you what you did wrong.

i'm not allowed to the contact something flammable for that very reason. besides the actual incontrovertible fact that basically the different day I had a very good vanilla candle burning with the intention to objective to mask the horrendous odours that come from my kitchen and at the same time as i tried to blow it out (it changed into in a cup) I blew molten wax throughout my face. That turned right into a lengthy tale and that i apologise. i'm a touch previous precise this second, did I ever inform you about the time....

I think it is interesting that you did not tell us why you got fired. It makes me wonder what you did and whether Yahoo'rs would agree it was misconduct.

Oh well I suppose I would request a copy of the employers report, as you can not refute what you can not read. I would think you would have the right to appeal.

P.S. Maybe you should get another job.

this sounds like by the time you fight the battle, you'll be through the six weeks wait. if you can, just wait.
