There is not going to be any easy ways of doing this but, you will need to scrub and scrub some more.
If this is a true brick tile floor ( with real brick ) after you have it cleaned you will need to reseal the brick and mortar right after it has been cleaned (after it has dried ) if you do not it will get nasty and gross soon after you have cleaned it and it will be very hard to clean after that. ( most likely where you are at now )

Bleach shouldn't damage the tile yet although i do not recognize what form of tile you've. There are grout cleaners at abode Depot or Lowes which could do the trick for you. now and again getting a pro to go back in and varnish the floor is a good theory relying on how a lot artwork is in contact.

muriatic acid is what masons use to clean off brick work. it's nasty stuff and you have to be careful when using it. i've never heard of people using it in a home though. i'm guessing you are talking about a kitchen floor though and you will also have to worry about it getting on any wooden cabinets or walls. and then it needs to be rinsed off, so this is pretty wet for indoors. sounds like it should have been sealed when the job was done. good luck.

You'll probably have the most success with a pressure washer.
