Nope, Some people are just lucky to be blessed with good genes. Also good exercise and healthy diet also have to do with good appearence. and of course good hygiene. Since he's on tv...he probably has makeup on that makes him look even better. So after some research, I have come to find that Jared Leto has not had cosmetic surgery on is abs. :)
