Seek counselling now and all should be well. Fortunately there are no real celebs this year, so the damage should be limited. Be encouraged that after this you will probably never see these people again.

you may find yourself wanting to audition for the next series and buying up every glossy magazine and newspaper you see to find out what all the previous inmates are up to, but the only real damage that can occur is if you register on the official BB site, they throw hand grenades through your monitor if they take a dislike to you
