Go on the stage fully prepared with your matter. Take a few moments on the stage before you start, look around and smile..Smiling always relieves the nerves. Then when the audience is ready for you, start your presentation. Just keep on telling yourself that you are doing a great job. Even when you are practicing, behave as if you are in front of many people. Do it in front of your parents or friends. Do not worry about their reaction. If someone giggles, just smile back at them. Record your presentation if you have a video camera or a tape recorder and listen to it then you can actually see how well you do it. Try and rectify it if you think there is a flaw, ask your friends for a feedback and improve on it and you will be perfect in no time.
Good luck.

The absolute best advice I have ever been given about adrenaline rushes before track races or speaking is as follows:

Feel the stress response occuring and then remember that it is as likely to help you as it is to hurt you. In other words many people deliver excellent speeches even while experiencing such a rush. Don't feel the rush and say, "Uh oh, I am doomed." Feel it and remind yourself that no reason exists why you can't ignore it. It is that simple.

Since hearing this advice all of my best track races have been run when I was extra stressed out before the gun went off.

I was like that sometimes I control it but often times when I was young I don't.
I think the trick is not to look at the audience much I mean move up your line of sight cause it's the audience looking back at u that will make u tense and tremble. Boost yourself! Psyche yourself positively, heck the reason I am giving you all this speech is because I am very much superior to you all.
