Drops-Ilgauskas, May, Zaza.
Trades-Martin(how good will he be 2nd half of season?), T-Mac(injury prone), Jefferson(inconsistent)
Keep/trade - Bibby, Nocioni
Keepers - Rip, Manu, Davis.
Try to trade the drops I listed, but you won't get much. My advice would be to trade something like T-Mac and Ilgauskas, for a good and consistent, but not great PG, like Marbury, and the same type of C. Anyway, hope this helps!

drop zaza for blount of the twolves, jefferson is getting some sick numbers with all the injuries on the celtics and the rest of your players can produces some good numbers if you feel the need to get rid of some more players I would suggest trading because most of our players have trade value

you have a pretty balanced team, but I personally would get rid of jefferson or zaza if I needed to get rid of anyone.
